My Daily Plan

My daily..er.."routine" (so to speak), as far as fitness and nutrition are concerned, are fairly basic.  My morning ALWAYS starts off with Shakeology.  If I don't have it for breakfast, I'll have it for lunch, but my day is not complete without it.  Upon going about my day, I include a lot of activity:  walking around my office every 15 minutes, dancing and playing with the kids I babysit, walking up and down stairs, etc.  As far as an official workout goes, my attention span tops out at 45 minutes, so I keep my workouts shorter than that.  I like "fun" workouts (versus "no-nonsense" workouts), so I found some that really hold my interest and make me look forward to exercising.

Find your "soulmate" workout and it won't feel routine!
